Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SheGrows website (shegrows.ch), the Babylon Letters email series, and the platform itself when it launches. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. What SheGrows Is

SheGrows is operated by [Association full legal name], a registered association d'éducation financière in Geneva, Switzerland (the "Association"). The Association builds and operates an educational platform designed to help women understand their financial reality, see their options clearly, and make informed financial decisions independently.

"SheGrows" refers collectively to: the website at shegrows.ch, the Babylon Letters email series, the platform launching in Q4 2026, and any related content and services.

3. Not Financial Advice

The information we provide is general educational content. Your specific financial situation, goals, and circumstances may require professional advice that we cannot provide. Before making significant financial decisions, we strongly recommend consulting with a qualified financial advisor, accountant, tax professional, or lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction.

When the platform launches, investment options will be presented for educational purposes and executed through licensed regulated brokerage partners (such as FINMA-supervised entities in Switzerland and MiFID II-compliant entities in the EU). The actual investment decision, transaction, and ongoing management is between you and the licensed partner. SheGrows does not hold your funds, manage your portfolio, or execute trades.

Past performance does not predict future results. All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. The projections shown in our Three Futures simulator and Future Self Portrait are illustrative based on conservative long-term assumptions and are not guarantees.

4. Eligibility

To use SheGrows, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Not be barred from using our services under applicable law

If you are under 18, you may not use our services. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

5. Your Account

When you join the waitlist, we create a record associated with your email address. When the platform launches, you will create a full account with additional credentials.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@shegrows.ch if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others, transfer your account to anyone, or use someone else's account.

6. Subscription and Payment

When the platform launches in Q4 2026, full access requires a paid subscription:

• Standard pricing: 9.99 CHF per month or 79 CHF per year
• Founding member pricing: 50% off the first year, available to the first 1,000 waitlist members

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable subscription fee. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.

Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and may change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No phone calls, no retention emails, no friction.

• Monthly subscriptions: if you cancel mid-month, you retain full access through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
• Annual subscriptions: if you cancel mid-year, we offer a prorated refund for the unused portion of the year.
• Founding member discount: if you cancel and rejoin later, the founding member discount is no longer available — standard pricing applies.

Refunds for technical issues or service failures are handled case by case. Contact hello@shegrows.ch with any concerns.

8. The Babylon Letters

When you join the waitlist, you receive the Babylon Letters series — seven educational emails sent over seven weeks. Each letter is an educational essay about one of the 7 Laws of Gold from The Richest Man in Babylon, with practical applications for your financial life.

You may unsubscribe from the Babylon Letters at any time using the link at the bottom of each email. Unsubscribing from the Letters does not delete your waitlist account; if you wish to delete your account, contact hello@shegrows.ch.

9. Investment Partner Integration

When the platform launches, we will integrate with licensed regulated brokerage partners to allow you to execute investments educational content has surfaced for you. These partners include (but are not limited to) FINMA-supervised entities in Switzerland and MiFID II-compliant entities in the EU.

When you choose to invest through a partner:

• Your investment relationship is with the partner, not with SheGrows
• The partner's terms of service, privacy policy, and regulatory protections apply
• Your funds are held by the partner, not by SheGrows
• SheGrows does not receive a portion of your investment returns
• The partner may pay SheGrows a referral fee for the introduction; this is disclosed transparently within the platform

You will be presented with the partner's terms before any transaction proceeds, and your explicit consent will be required.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the services
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the services
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the services to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Resell or commercially exploit the services without our written permission

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the SheGrows website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, software, and the SheGrows brand itself — is the property of the Association or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission
• Use our content to create derivative works
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our brand or logos without written permission

12. Your Content

When you use the platform, you may provide information through the conversational AI Sovereign Profile, financial data, comments, and other content ("Your Content"). You retain all ownership of Your Content.

By providing Your Content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely as necessary to provide the services to you. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, nor do we share it with third parties for any purpose other than those described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We do not warrant that the services will meet your requirements, that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that the results obtained from using the services will be accurate or reliable.

The educational content we provide is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, in no event will SheGrows, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of the services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services will not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 100 CHF, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SheGrows, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

You may terminate your relationship with SheGrows at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion at hello@shegrows.ch.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your payment fails and is not corrected within 14 days
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the services (with at least 60 days' notice)

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms immediately end. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the services and may cancel your subscription.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Geneva, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or the services, except where applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us at hello@shegrows.ch to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through:

• For consumers in the EU: the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is available
• For consumers in Switzerland: mediation through a recognized Swiss consumer ombudsman before formal court proceedings
• For all other users: binding arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland, conducted in English under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration
